History of Donuts Contest – Official Rules

1. Sponsor
Randy’s Donuts 3007 North Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505 (“Sponsor”).
2. Sweepstakes Period
Begins 12:00 AM PT on July 21st 2026, ends 11:59 AM PT on August 31st 2026, (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of California, 18 or older, with a valid U.S. government-issued ID. Void outside California and where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) or household members of Randy’s Donuts, its franchisees, affiliates, agencies, or suppliers are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, entrants must:
1. Follow @randysdonutvalley
2. Comment on an Instagram post in the History of Donuts series.
Limit one entry per person/Instagram account. Additional comments do not increase chances of winning.
5. Prize
- Prize: (1) Dozen Donuts
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $47.00
- Prize provided by: Randy’s Donuts 3007 North Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505
- No substitutions or cash equivalent. Prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes.
- Prize must be redeemed at the Randy’s Donuts Burbank or North Hollywood locations.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 7th, 2026, from all eligible entries.
- Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 48 hours. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
- Sponsor may require proof of age and residency.
7. Release & Limitations of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and Hollywood Pantages Theatre their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage related to participation, entry, or prize acceptance.
8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries not in compliance with these Official Rules, including suspected fraud or misconduct. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
Limitation of Liability: Sponsor and Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process; (iii) printing, typographical, or other errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or (iv) entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award the prize via random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in California, under the laws of California.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
12. Winner List
For the name of the winner, send a written request to Randy’s Donuts, Randy’s Donuts 3007 North Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505 within 30 days after the Promotion Period.
