well-qualified candidates that have a passion for our business, a love for our donuts,
and the ability to operate stores.

The  Domestic Franchising Process

Application

Financials

Submit your financials and we will review if you are qualified.

Meetings

We may meet with you in your market
prior to your required visit to our offices in Inglewood California.

Training

Training will be conducted in Inglewood California during the construction of your new site.

Franchisee Criteria

  • Must have a proven track record in multi-unit foodservice and or retail
  • Live and work in the territory you wish to franchise
  • Willing to own and operate a location we approve of, or if qualified commit to a Development Rights Rider depending on the size of the market
  • Capitalized with a minimum net worth of $1 million dollars of which $300,000 must be liquid assets
  • Submit personal financial statements

Investment Details

  • Total investment will depend on site specific conditions and landlord contributions. It is estimated that the total cost will range from $423,750 to $558,500 for an inline store, $934,750 to $1,080,500 for a drive-thru store, and $246,750 to $359,500 for a non-baking kiosk store.
  • Franchise fee for the first store is $35,000 and all subsequent stores $25,000
  • Development fee is equal to the first store’s franchise fee plus 50% of all other store franchise fees ($12,500 per unit)
  • Royalty fee is 5% of gross sales
  • Brand fund contribution between 2% to 4%

Complete Process

  • Complete and submit an online application
  • If we think you are qualified for a territory we are targeting we will give you a call
  • Upon confirming your qualification we will send you a franchise disclosure document (FDD)
  • Upon receiving your signed receipt of the FDD we will contact you again to discuss the franchise opportunity
  • We may visit you in your market prior to our requirement that you visit our offices in Inglewood California
  • Prior to visiting our offices, we will conduct a background check and credit report
  • With a successful visit to our corporate office, we will issue our franchise documents
  • Upon execution of the franchise documents and funding of your initial fee, we will begin our support
  • Training will be conducted in Inglewood CA during construction
  • We will provide a new store opening team for your first two locations

  • Capitalized with a minimum net worth of $5 million dollars of which $1 million must be liquid assets
  • Submit a 5 year business plan
  • Submit personal financial statements

Investment Details

  • Total investment will depend on site specific conditions and landlord contributions
  • Franchise fee for the first store is $35,000 and all subsequent stores $25,000
  • Development fee is dependent upon market conditions in your country
  • Royalty fee is 5% of gross sales
  • Brand fund contribution between 2% and 4%

  • If we think you are qualified for a territory we are targeting we will set up a conference call
  • We will visit you in your market prior to our requirement that you visit our offices in Los Angeles, California
  • Prior to visiting our offices, we will conduct a background check and credit report
  • With a successful visit to our corporate office, we will issue our franchise documents
  • Upon execution of the franchise documents and funding of your initial fee, we will begin our support
  • Upon approval of your first site, we will prepare a layout of your space (Test Fit), provide our specifications and your local architect will prepare construction documents for our review and approval
  • Training will be conducted in Los Angeles, CA during construction
  • We will provide a new store opening team for your first two locations
